I'm still here....

Sorry I did not let you all know what is going on. I'm in the middle of moving and starting a new job.  My wife and I are taking a vacation--have not had one in over three years (so it is much over do).  Andrew is sending stuff so I can post on the site; will try to post some items this week.  So the site will go on, just be patient with me. Once we move into our new place, i'll get everything up running again like it was. Once again, thanks for all the feedback you've been sending.
God Bless and Know He is the Way, Johnny

Love your site and I thank you for doing it. Would love to see some moreolder classic CCM. Hard to find stuff. A few suggestions would include Mike & Kathy Deasy "Wings Of An Eagle", Glad "Beyond A Star", Anything by Hope Of Glory but especially the release entitled "Be Ready" and Leslie Phillips. Just some ideas.

I just discovered your blog and it's awesome! It's brought back so many memories of when I first discovered CCM music as a teenager.

The three Prodigal albums and the Kaja record were four that I actually own but had no way of getting into digital form... especially since the cassettes were starting to die. So, thanks again so much for that.

I do have a wish list of long out of print records I'd love to hear again:

Morgan Cryar - Keep No Secrets (his first record that's never been re-released)

The Front - The Front (a classic!)

Mylon LeFevre & Broken Heart - Brand New Start (his "first" record, never been re-released, and I even saw him live on that tour! I'd love to hear it again)

Jerusalem - Warrior (I own the Swedish version on LP, but it would be great to hear the English version!)

Finally, Russ Taff's Walls of Glass would be another amazing addition.

Again, thanks for all you do... and enjoy your vacation!

Does anyone know a song that goes (words in parenthesis I'm not sure about)...

You're sad and you're lonely
Remember you're only
Passing through
And that life with it's pain and it's sorrow
We'll be gone tomorrow like a dream come true

You'll find that only in the heavens..yeah
A house not build by hands
With the Lord
With the Lord
We will live someday

I remember first hearing around 1981 or 1982. The song had an upbeat (not fast) West Coast jazzy sound and a male was singing the lead. There was a girls voice doing some added stuff, especially towards the end. I've been racking my brains trying to figure out the name of the song and the artist, but can't figure it out. I do have a sound file (taken from radio back in the day), but the quality isn't all that. Anyone?

Peace,
Ray

Hope you're enjoying your vacation!

Never mind about the Russ Taff and Jerusalem albums... i found them on another music site.

However, my votes are still for Mylon, The Front and Morgan Cryar. Thanks!!!

X: Thanks for the thumbs up... but specifically Morgan Cyrar's first album, since that hasn't been available for DECADES. Same with Mylon LeFevre & Broken Heart's first disc. I haven't seen that in forever.
