Absolutely one of the best albums ever! Mike Stand is, in my opinion, one of the great unknown poets of my generation. His lyrics are straight from the heart, and speak to the Human condition. This guy is just plain real. Although his Christian roots are strong, his solo projects are not at all preachy, but rather speak straight to the soul and the need and longing we all have inside. The music is folkey but mature, sort of Beetles adult alternative.
