He was a pioneer, a hugely talented musician and I remember from meeting
him, how warm and gracious he was.

I was shocked this morning to read on your blog about Tom Howard's passing. His album "View From The Bridge" had a tremendous impact on my life back in high school.
May God's peace comfort his family.
Tom Howard lived a giant life, filled with love, laughter and friends. We will truly miss him. The world has lost a great human being.
Tom was a dear "big brother" to me in the 70's when we were both in Santa Cruz after moving there from MN. He had the ability to keep me on track spiritually without being condemning. His music is healing to the soul. I miss you bro...
