Hello JOHNNYMARI, any chance that you have stuff by Dion, please. Such as Yo Frankie, Dream on Fire, Only Jesus, I Put Away My Idols, Kingdom in the Streets :O)
I am looking for (Not sure if they are out of print or not):
○ "Justus" (Or Justice?) ○ 77's "All Fall Down" ○ The Call "I Still Believe" ○ Larry Norman "Remixing This Planet" ○ Rick Cua ○ Daniel Amos "Doppelganger" ○ Russ Taff "Russ Taff" ○ Tim Miner (The other one?) ○ Micheal Knott "Rocket and a Bomb" ○ Petra "Beat The System", "Back To The Street" ○ Newsboys "Read All About It" ○ The Key "feeling Kinda Special" ○ The Imperials when Russ Taff was the lead singer
I'm looking for a decent sounding "Celebrate This Hearbeat" by Randy Stonehill. I have the LP, but no way to transfer.
Does anyone remember "CIA?" They have one song on the "What's Shakin'" album from MRC. I had the cassette, but have no idea what happened to it. Decent New Wave stuff.
Hey x, what a great list of requests. Many of which I know only too well - no actually I should say I knew well - coz my cassettes stretched and were thrown out years ago. Really like the Russ Taff - didn't he do a version of I Believe. No. I got that wrong it was "I Still Believe". <><
When Russ Taff put that album out the Compact Disc was just becoming widely adopted. In my mind "Russ Taff" the album set a very high standard for production and engineering, song writing, and vocal performance. Most of the songs on the album saw heavy radio airplay. And yes Russ did cover The Call's Michael Bean "I Still Believe".
I just found Russ Taff/Imperials album here however the one I am looking for has rocker called "My Life" or "Into My Life". Not sure of the album title.
Hey Anonymous, I like the CIA release. I especially enjoy "Don't turn away, he's the one who can save you" with it's nice interplay of guitar and synthesizer - that song had a sort of gothic-y mysteriousness to it.
